Ingredients:

1 pack of jelly (anykind)
1/2 bowl of Coconut Milk
10 Pandan leaves
1 cup of sugar
2 beaten eggs
water

Step 1:
Blend 10 Pandan leaves with 1 1/2 cup of water and toast it to get the pandan juice... around 1/2 bowl.
Step 2:
1/2 bowl of Coconut Milk
Step 3:
1 cup of sugar (can add more if you like) and 2 eggs (beat)
Step 4:
Heat jelly along with 2 cups of water.
Step 5:
Wait util it is boiling and all the jelly melts.
Step 6:
Add sugar. Stir.
Step 7:
Mix the Beaten eggs mix with the coconut milk.
Step 8:
Then add pandan juice and mix together with the eggs and coconut milk
Step 9:
Mix everything well
Step 10:
Pour all ingredients inside the boiling jelly.
Step 11:
Stir all the ingredients well. Don't stop. After a few minutes and all the ingredients are boiling,switch off the heat.
Step 12:
Transfer it to any large pudding bowl, casserole dish, or any kind glass or aluminium dish. Chill it before serving.
