2. CHOCOLATE MILK SHAKE

INGREDENTS

* THREE FOURTH CUP MILK


* 100 GRAMS (4 OZ.) SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE


* ONE HALF CUP WATER


* ONE THIRD CUP SUGAR


* 3 SCOOPS VANILLA ICE-CREAM



PREPARATION
1. Heat the chocolate and water in saucepan over median heat, stirring constantly, until the choclate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the sugar and heat to boiling.
Leave to cool.

2. Place the milk and the choclate syrup in the blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 3-5 seconds. Add the ice-cream and blend for another 3 seconds, until smooth.
Serve immediately.




3.STRAWBERRY COCKTAIL

INGREDENTS

* one half kilogram ( 1 lb. ) strawberries


* 5 tbs. sugar


* 1/2 cup milk


* 1 big banana


* 4 tbs. oriental fresh cream ( ashta )


* Almonds, peeled and soaked


* Fresh mint leaves,for decoration



PREPARATION
1. Wash and dry the strawberries with a kitchen towel.
2. Chop half the strawberries, put in a bowl, and sprinkle with 2tbs. sugar. Leave aside for 1/2 an hour.
3. Put the rest in a blender, add the banana, 2-3 tbs. sugar and blend until smooth.
4. Spoon 1 tbs. ashta into a long cocktail glass and pour some strawberry puree over the ashta.
5. Top with the chopped strawberries, some more ashta and almonds.
6. Drizzle the honey over the ashta and almonds ( 1 tbs. )
7. Decorate with mint leaves and serve.
